Yoga with Sarah Buchli
Sarah Buchli first encountered yoga over 20 years ago and recognized its healing power. Today she knows that everything is yoga.
After graduating from the Dance Theater School in Zurich, Sarah initially pursued a career as a dancer and performed with a wide variety of theater companies in London and Zurich. Ultimately, she followed her inner calling to become a yoga teacher, studying under some of the most prominent figures in the yoga scene in New York, India, Baden, and Zurich. Over time, she also developed her skills in Thai yoga massage, prenatal yoga, and Yin therapy.
Sarah Buchli is the owner of Yoga Werkstatt in Werdenberg, a “place where you can simply feel—stepping away from your thoughts and into your feelings.” In addition to traditional yoga, she also teaches prenatal yoga and yoga for children and teenagers.
