To calm her “monkey mind,” Sabrina has tried many different sports. For a long time, swimming, running, and intense fitness training were her sources of strength and balance. Ever since she first discovered yoga 15 years ago, her yoga mat has become an indispensable part of her life.

My passion is creating connection—whether through words, encounters, or shared practice on the yoga mat. Movement helps me gather my thoughts and connect with myself. In this way, yoga serves as my “safe space,” keeping me balanced amid life’s ups and downs and giving me direction when I don’t know where to go. Time and again, it is the ground that allows me to find my footing.
My yoga classes are dynamic and fluid, with plenty of space for you to connect with yourself. In my classes, I aim not only to share knowledge but also to bring a sense of lightness and ease into your life. I look forward to guiding you on your yoga journey. Namasté.
